You cannot reverse the trauma your child suffered through but you can guide them to live with their experiences. This begins with training in learning to become more self-aware in the ability to spot triggers, their behaviour patterns, and learning how to exercise self-compassion. It also is about learning to establish and respect boundaries of their own, and boundaries of others. The lifelong coping skills refer to creative expression and space to self-care maintenance. This will enable us to engage in our strengths, therefore boosting our moral and empowering us even further

Post-Traumatic Growth promotion:

Positive change in psychology after a traumatic occurrence is the post-traumatic growth. This does not imply that the trauma is obliterated, but rather gaining of new strength, better understanding of life and more secure and healthier relationships. Cultivating such growth refers to letting your child go through their emotions, and to come to terms with her experiences. Healing from trauma is possible. It is possible to have a happy, healthy future, a successful one of your child who has undergone trauma. Once your child feels powerful within, s/he will not only live, s/he will live successfully! When you know your child can go with the flow of what the future brings to him/her, Or can be able to have the knowledge of when they need to seek assistance when everything has fallen really hard on them.
