Dance classes take part in groups with people of all sorts of capabilities and at different parts of their personal and dance journeys. Taking part in a dance class allows the toddlers to communicate and learn to help others and how to handle feedback properly, allowing them to form great connections with those around them.

Cognitive Growth

Dance is often seen as a physically demanding activity; however, it also helps develop a toddler’s brain. Through memorising choreography to the fundamental movements of each step, all of this helps build connections in the brain and helps improve coordination through dance.

Dance classes also provoke the development of the dopamine hormone and serotonin which relaxes the toddlers and made them happy as they learned to dance and socialize themselves with others.

Whether these classes are planned to make the toddlers stronger physically or to release out pent up energy or simply to have fun, the classes can give the toddlers a colorful background to grow in.
