How to draw a Jewish Star of David: Take two triangles so they look as though they are tightly wrapped over each other.
Star of David

The Star of David or Magen David (literally, Shield of David), as its referred to in Hebrew, is the most common symbol for expressing Jewish identity today. Its Hebrew name it is derived out of one showing it to be similar to that of the shield of King David, who is said to have made it. Six-pointed star that is the combination of two triangles one pointing down the other pointing up placed one above the other. This lesson, given in stages, teaches the way to render the more tricky version of the Star of David, the one that makes those two triangles appear to be somehow interconnected.
All they have to do is to superimpose two equilateral triangles and after that simply delete some critical lines.
